Hi Everyone,
This is to invite you to the Ethical Leadership and Disability Policy Class. (GED 579-A). Are you aware that people with disabilities are often described as the world鈥檚 largest minority group? How do we conduct research ethically with people with disabilities if we do not know their ethical cultures, values, and policies from their home countries? Also, do you know that Ethical leaders drive transformation with strategies that nurture innovation and enhance engagement 鈥 but how do they collaborate with people from diverse cultures, identities, and backgrounds?
Please, join us to discuss the ways to remove the injustices and discrimination against people with disabilities and other intersections in our educational systems, workplaces, and in the communities as a whole.
