Beyond Laudato Si’: Ecology, Theology, and Everyday Life, a Lecture by Dr. Christiana Zenner, PhD, of Fordham University

No CostDr. Christiana Zenner, PhD, Associate Professor of Theology, Science, and Ethics at Fordham University will deliver a lecture on Laudato Si’ on the tenth anniversary year of the publication. Laudato Si鈥 is Pope Francis鈥檚 landmark encyclical that calls both the Catholic Church and the world to an 鈥渋ntegral ecology,鈥 linking care for creation with justice for the poor and urging ecological conversion as a moral and spiritual responsibility for all. Dr. Zenner’s remarks will convey how Laudato Si’ has influenced the contemporary linking of the cry of the Earth and the cry of the poor into one vision of justice.
