We are so excited to welcome you to campus this fall! There are some forms that we need you to fill out before your arrival in August, and we鈥檒l update this page as they become available.

Key Dates
June 15thMost Forms due (with the exception of those noted), it is recommended that you complete forms that are available as soon as possible.
Mid JuneStudent Health Insurance Waiver - WellFleet site opens in June and waivers must be completed by late August.
Late JunePre-orientation Program (POW) - An opportunity for a small group of students to get to know one another and come together with upper class students to learn a bit about what to expect in college.
June and Early JulySummer Advising Meetings and Course Registration 鈥 Students will be contacted by an Entrance Advisor through their SMC email to schedule advising meetings, either by phone or on Zoom.
Week of July 13Housing notifications begin for First Year Students providing all forms have been submitted.
Begin planning and packing for your arrival to campus.
Mid JulyFall semester bills posted to the online KnightVision Self-Service Student Finance billing portals and notice of posting sent to SMC email.

Proxy Online Access to BillingSet up proxy online access to student accounts, billing, and payment. Students can authorize parents to access and pay their accounts.

Knight Vision Account - Additional information will be provided to the student in the spring concerning their online financial aid and student billing self-service accounts through Knight Vision. Students will be able to verify that their financial aid file is complete, accept or deny loans, and review the balance on their student account.
